Guess what Senator Reid, we want both.Democrat's offer aims to avert filibuster face-off - Politics - MSNBC.com It looks like we are going to get both if you choose to mount a filibuster against any of the 7 nominees coming out of committee. Your party will choose wether there will be a fight or not! We already know that the judges will be confirmed if they are granted advice and consent from the Senate. We also know that if there is a fight, you will get your ass handed to you in the form of a rule change.
