Judge-watch

I heard Senator Conrad from North Dakota say that Alberto Gonzales would get 70 to 80 votes to confirm if nominated. So I guess the worst case scenario for a conservative like my self is Alberto. Life could be worse. It seems Alberto has been on the administrations short list for quite some time here Speaking of the first hispanic Supreme Court Judge, what about the Honorable Senator Mel Martinez from Florida. Conservative enough for you hard righties out there?
