You must read this article as the starting point of a discussion on what is or is not propper limits for our government in the fight on terror. We live in a free and open society with porrous borders and limited police autohority. Just how far should our leaders and the beaurocracy be allowed to penetrate into your privacy? How are we to find the enemy within (and you know they are here) without some effective tools?
