As has been posted here earlier, this type of intelligence gattering is permitted by the presidents inherrent rights as commander and cheif during a time of war as granted by the 2nd ammendment of the U.S. Constitution. They can cry 1st and 4th ammendments all they want, and even throw in the FISA court, but this is all settled law. This is just another reason not to allow the Democrats to take over either the house or the senate: They will get us KILLED.
