Its not even January yet. A taste of whats to come!

This article gives you just a small idea of what a Democrat run congress is going to do.GOP Pressed on Offshore Drilling Limits: Financial News - Yahoo! Finance Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., in line to be House speaker next year, strongly opposes lifting the drilling bans. She also has expressed concern about the revenue sharing provisions, although she has given guarded support to the Senate bill. Other lawmakers, including Sen. Jeff Bingaman, D-N.M., who will head the Energy and Natural Resources Committee next year, oppose the royalty changes. They say money collected from oil and gas taken from federal waters should stay in Washington. Get used to it. Big Fed Government, limited state government.

Dissapointment and Concern! I was wrong.

Congratulations to the Democrats. They now have the power they so badly desired for the past 12 years. I guess no one will be crying foul from the democratic side about voter fraud and the such. Now the question is, will the Conservative 'Bluedog' Democrats that won the elections govern as conservatives democrats or will they run to the left along with Conyers and Dingle? I am dissapointed in the American electorate for being war weary. The Global War on Terror is a long battle and has only just begun. We need the spine to fight a generational fight, not a quick hit and get out battle. The Battle in Irag is right now the central front in this war, and the democrats ran and won elections on (I hope i'm wrong) a cut and run conclusion to this battle. We cannot leave Irag until the job is done. This means Iraqis can govern themselves and protect themselves from insurgent terrorists. If we leave early, we will tell the rest of the world not to trust us to finish any tough job. We will also invite the terrorist to come and kill us here instead of dieing on their turf. I am concerned with the Republican party. We seem to be running toward the middle. Conservatives don't win in the middle. Without a clear distiction between Republicans and Democrats we get lost in the shuffle. The wishy washy leadership of the last few years has come up short for many conservatives like myself.

There was never any doubt!!

As if we all didn't know who the terrorists were going to vote for, WorldNetDaily: Mideast terror leaders to U.S.: Vote Democrat lays it out with names and concequences. Democrats are the party of weakness and defeat and the enemies of the United States know this. A win for the Democrats on Tuesday is a win for our enemies only because of the positions of Murtha, Pelosi and gang.

Vote Democrat or sit this one out and this is what you get!

Take a look at this article Democrats' Foreign Policy Pickle - WSJ.com to get a feeling of what the Democrats have in mind with a victory on Tuesday. Rep. Tom Lantos, a California Democrat who would chair the House International Relations Committee under a Democratic majority, said public opinion could force the president's hand. "If we take one or both houses, then the administration will have to take into account that the mainstream public view is that we are very off course in Iraq," he said. Mr. Lantos, for his part, said he would use his possible new perch to advocate policies that would be "dramatically more multilateral and dramatically more respectful of other countries' views." He envisions a series of hearings in the spring that call to Capitol Hill all former secretaries of state and national security advisers to weigh in on "the U.S. national security predicament." He also hopes to travel to North Korea, Iran and Syria. "I strongly believe in the need for dialogue with people that you strongly disagree with," he said, adding that the Democrats' first stop, postelection, should be the White House Just what the county needs, the European approach to foriegn relations. .
